You will learn to set up our computer-controlled production plants, e.g., for technical plastics, foams, and crop protection products; In the process, you program process sequences and assist in the maintenance and commissioning of the plants; You install electrical equipment, also monitor control loops, and initiate optimizations; You record all measures and maintenance-relevant data; If something doesn't work sometimes, you bring our plants back to life and instruct colleagues in their use

A good secondary school diploma (Mittlere Reife) or a higher school qualification; Enjoyment of topics around physics, programming, automation, robotics, and working with data; Technical interest and a motivated demeanor; Analytical thinking and a reliable way of working
