Export Order Management Specialist

Manage replenishment orders for affiliated companies, including order entry and maintenance, regulatory compliance and processes that follow the Care Chemicals business model and company policies. Ensure that regional customer requirements in the United States and Mexico are met.

• Manage order entry, maintenance and tracking, ensuring timely resolution of regulatory, foreign trade, dangerous goods, credit or other holds that could affect supply.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensure on-time deliveries and help develop business solutions and manage more complex operations, such as tank coordination or consignments.
• Manage door-to-door deliveries as the single supply chain contact, coordinating with suppliers and transport providers to resolve issues.
• Manage export non-conformities through the NCM process.
• Communicate proactively with business teams, report intercompany issues, monitor order reports promptly and take action.

• University degree in supply chain, business administration, logistics or a related field.
• Between 3 and 5 years of customer service experience, ideally in export operations, with strong knowledge of international logistics, end-to-end order management, foreign trade documents and regulatory compliance. Experience with customers and operations in the United States and/or Canada is highly valued.
• Advanced SAP skills for customer service and supply chain processes.
• Advanced spoken and written English.
