Work with colleagues on complex strategy consulting projects and develop effective solutions for BASF businesses and functional areas. Identify improvement opportunities, advise management teams, contribute ideas from day one, and communicate clearly with stakeholders throughout each project phase. Support projects from start to finish and work globally with BASF leaders on high-priority projects with lasting impact. Projects cover Innovation & Growth, Marketing & Sales, Organizational Excellence, and Post-Merger Integration and Carve-out.

Professional experience in strategic consulting and project work at a global strategy consultancy; depending on qualifications and experience, entry as Project Lead with 3–5 years or Senior Project Lead with 5–7 years of experience; proven knowledge of project management methods and consulting methodologies; excellent English communication skills, with German considered an advantage; confident and competent client-facing manner; open, inclusive attitude and reliable teamwork; international professional experience is an advantage.
