Legal Trainee

As part of the legal preparatory service, we offer you the opportunity to work in the legal department during your elective station. You will work on questions of general commercial law as well as competition and cartel law. You will prepare expert opinions on specific legal questions taking into account operational peculiarities. You will also apply your expertise in the drafting of contracts and agreements. Participation in current day-to-day business forms another facet of your exciting range of tasks.

• Law degree with at least a satisfactory result in the first legal examination or first state examination in law.
• Ideally initial practical experience in the mentioned areas of law.
• Confident handling of standard IT applications and negotiation-proficient knowledge of German and English.
• Goal- and result-oriented way of working as well as very good work organization.
