Trainee Program START IN Finance & Controlling with Focus on Controlling

With our 18-month trainee program, you gain comprehensive insight into the various fields of activity in Finance and Controlling. From the start, you will work on your own projects where you can contribute your innovative spirit and advance topics in Finance or Controlling. Your three six-month assignments and your future target role will be individually agreed with you, taking your wishes and strengths into account. In each assignment, you will delve into the respective topic area, such as operational and strategic controlling, innovation controlling, business valuations, or digitalization projects. After a short time, you will take responsibility for exciting projects or initiate them yourself. A technical contact person will always be at your side. Throughout the trainee program, you will receive mentoring that strengthens your professional and personal development. An international assignment allows you to experience a new culture and gain insights into other working methods. This further develops your intercultural competence and builds your global network. The location is also individually agreed with you.

• Work on and advance own projects in Finance and Controlling.
• In three six-month assignments, delve into topics such as operational and strategic controlling, innovation controlling, business valuations, or digitalization projects.

• Receive mentoring for professional and personal development throughout the program.
• Complete an international assignment to build intercultural competence and global network.

• Master's degree in business administration.
• At least 3-month internship in Finance and/or Controlling.
• At least 3-month stay abroad (in form of study semesters or internships abroad).
• Maximum three years of professional experience.
• Fluent English is a must, German skills are a plus.
• Teamwork: You enjoy working in a team and can quickly integrate into new groups.
