Building Automation Technician

Building automation technician (m/f/d) at BAUER: programming, parameterizing and commissioning building automation/BMS systems, and working closely with project managers, colleagues and subcontractors.

• You program and parameterize building automation/BMS and commission the systems on site
• You support the design of automation systems and networks
• You document the work carried out and create function descriptions
• You work closely with project managers, colleagues and subcontractors
• You take part in planning and coordination meetings and support the implementation of change-order work
• You give customer briefings and, where needed, accompany acceptance inspections
• You find practical solutions for optimizing projects and systems
• You are willing to travel as part of project handling and attend customer appointments on site

• You have completed vocational training in electrical engineering recognized in Germany, e.g. as an electronics technician for system integration or electrical technician
• You have experience in building automation/BMS as well as in programming and commissioning automation systems
• You are familiar with standards, regulations and quality requirements
• You work independently, in a structured and practical way, and gladly take responsibility
• You are a team player with strong communication skills and also work independently
• You are familiar with various building automation bus systems, including WAGO, DALI, KNX and SMI
• You have good MS Office skills and hold a class B driving license
• You are willing to travel and flexible for project-related on-site assignments
