About this Apprenticeship
BAUER is looking for a building automation technician: maintenance, commissioning and servicing of building automation systems.
What You'll Learn
- You carry out maintenance, commissioning and servicing of building automation systems
- You analyze faults, fix errors and ensure the safe operation of the systems
- You program and parameterize automation systems and integrate systems from different manufacturers
- You independently implement planning specifications and help design automation systems taking regulatory and building law requirements into account
- You create system and function descriptions as well as test, measurement and commissioning reports
- You support the project team technically, take part in project and construction meetings when needed and contribute ideas for improvement
Requirements
- You have a completed electrical engineering qualification recognized in Germany, preferably as an electronics technician for building infrastructure or industrial mechatronics
- You have first experience in commissioning building technology systems
- Ideally you know how bus systems such as BACnet, Modbus, DALI, KNX, SMI are set up
- You know your way around programming, parameterization and system integration
- You are a team player, integrate well and work reliably and conscientiously
- You have good spoken and written German skills
