About this Apprenticeship
Apprenticeship at BAUHAUS as a retail merchant or salesperson. You learn what matters in sales and customer advice, and help customers with their wishes around workshop, home and garden.
What You'll Learn
- In your apprenticeship as a retail merchant (m/f/d) or salesperson (m/f/d) you learn what matters in sales and customer advice
- First you get an overview of the entire BAUHAUS Fachcentrum. Afterwards you specialize, for example in city garden, paints, sanitary or other specialist departments
- The first two training years include training as a salesperson (m/f/d). Here you learn, among other things, how to order goods sensibly and present them optimally
- In the third training year, which qualifies you as a retail merchant (m/f/d), we show you everything about merchandise management and marketing measures
- This is how you support our customers every day in fulfilling their wishes around workshop, home and garden
Requirements
- A school diploma is important, but above all your personality counts
- You impress with your friendly manner and your open, communicative nature
- You are also curious, reliable and happy to pitch in
- You want to get to know the exciting world of retail and delight customers
