Third-in-Charge Retail Supervisor

As third-in-charge at the Combi store in Bielefeld, you support store management and run the store when the manager or deputy is absent. The advertised position is part-time and includes responsibility for daily operations, closing the tills and assigning staff.

• Run the store when the store manager or deputy is absent
• Take responsibility for cash and safe management and closing the tills
• Organise and manage daily operations
• Assign staff according to operational needs
• Open and close the store, including responding to alarms outside opening hours
• Act as a contact for customers, including complaints and problems
• Actively support the team across store departments, from goods handling to freshness checks

• Completed vocational training in retail or comparable professional experience
• Ideally, some experience in a position of responsibility in a store
• Flexibility, commitment and a confident manner, including in challenging situations
• Reliability, organisational skills and a team-focused approach
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
