Retail Third-in-Charge

As third-in-charge, you support the store management in daily operations and take charge when the store manager or deputy is absent. This part-time position at Combi in Bielefeld welcomes direct applicants and career changers.

• Take charge of the store when the store manager or deputy is absent
• Take responsibility for cash and safe management and closing the tills
• Organise and manage daily operations
• Assign staff according to operational needs
• Open and lock the store, including responding to alarms outside opening hours
• Act as a contact for customers, including complaints and problems
• Actively support your team across store departments, from stock flow to freshness checks

• Completed vocational training in retail or comparable work experience
• Ideally, some experience in a position of responsibility in a store
• Flexibility, willingness to work hard and a confident manner, even in challenging situations
• Reliability, organisational skills and a team focus
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
