Customer Service Employee in E-Commerce

You work in an exciting and dynamic environment around online grocery retail and are an important contact person for our customers throughout Germany. With your commitment, communication skills and solution orientation, you contribute significantly to a positive customer experience.

• Customer focus: You are the first point of contact for our customers – by phone and email – and find suitable, solution-oriented and professional answers even in demanding situations.
• Complaints & solutions: You handle enquiries and complaints independently, with the right sense of empathy and the aim of finding the best possible solution for our customers.
• Data & structure: You maintain and update master data and ensure that all information is correct and available at all times
• Analysis & improvement: You recognise potential for improvement in existing processes and contribute your own ideas to continuously develop our customer service.
• Take responsibility: You take on special tasks independently when needed and participate in projects that advance our customer service.

• Completed commercial training or alternatively several years of experience in customer service
• Enjoy dealing with customers and a good sense of their needs and expectations
• Empathy, communication skills and the ability to remain confident and appreciative even in challenging situations
• Organisational talent and flexibility to master the varied daily routine in customer service
• A structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working
• An eye for improvements and the motivation to contribute your own ideas and get things done
• You enjoy working with digital applications, have fun getting to know new systems and are open to technical changes
