About this Apprenticeship
To strengthen our team in the residential network of the city of Kassel / Kaufungen within the Diakonie-Wohnstätten non-profit GmbH, we have a part-time position with a weekly working time of up to 20 hours. The assignment is in assisted living, Geibelstraße 10 in 34119 Kassel.
What You'll Learn
- These tasks await you:
- Creation of individual assistance and care planning for clients
- Care and support of clients according to the assistance and care plan
- Support in crisis situations
- Cooperation with authorities and legal guardians
Requirements
- What you bring:
- Qualified professional degree
- Several years of practical experience working with people with intellectual and physical disabilities, especially in assisted living
- Independent working style, quick comprehension and sense of responsibility
- Teamwork, flexibility
- Valid class B driver's license
