HR Manager – Baunatal

Starting as soon as possible, an HR Manager is sought to strengthen the team in the HR Management department of Baunataler Diakonie Kassel e.V. (up to 20 hours/week). Based at the central administration, Kirchbaunaer Straße 19, 34225 Baunatal. Independent handling of personnel and salary matters for a defined group of employees (from hiring to exit). Administrative HR processes (employment contracts, amendments) in trusted cooperation with staff representatives. Document and data maintenance in HR management systems. Active participation in designing and streamlining HR processes. Advising managers on HR, labour and collective bargaining law issues.

Completed commercial training and several years of professional experience in HR. Extensive knowledge of labour and social security law. Sound knowledge of payroll accounting. Confident use of MS Office and experience in modern HR work. Networked thinking, organisational talent, service orientation. Prudent, results-oriented and proactive working style. User knowledge of DATEV; Vivendi or Fidelis an advantage.

Remuneration according to AVR.KW, pay group 9, gross annual salary at 20 hrs/week: €29,758.78 (guideline). Flexible and varied work environment with room for ideas.
