Accounts Clerk / Commercial Employee in Scaffolding Construction Part-Time 25-30 Hours in Krefeld

For our location in Krefeld, we are looking for an accounts clerk / commercial employee (m/f/d) in scaffolding construction on a part-time basis (25-30 hours/week) at the earliest possible date. The position is limited to 12 months as parental leave cover, with an option to extend.

Organize & Support: You relieve our construction managers of all administrative tasks related to construction sites – reliably and structured; Keep Billing Under Control: You handle the correct billing of our scaffolding services to our clients as well as the billing of services to our subcontractors; Purchasing & Logistics: You order materials, tools, work clothing, etc. and record them in our system (Oracle) upon arrival; Documentation & Accounting: You maintain scaffolding logs meticulously and ensure complete documentation. Monthly you prepare the documents for the monthly closing and forward them to the finance department; Cross-Departmental Exchange: You communicate with construction managers, clients, and subcontractors, answer questions, clarify processes, and ensure smooth information flow. For B2B inquiries, you work closely with our Shared Service Center in India and keep our internal processes running.

Commercial training or similar qualification; Very good German skills and good English skills; Independent, structured, and conscientious team player; Advanced Excel skills; Good sense for prioritizing the tasks assigned to us on the construction site
