Training as Educator | Bethel.regional | East Westphalia

Start your practice-integrated training as an educator (m/f/d) on 01.08.2027 at Bethel.regional with a practical placement in child and youth welfare and integration assistance. You can also apply for your recognition year. In PiA you attend vocational college two to three days a week and gain practical experience on the other days. You need two applications: one to a vocational college for a school place and one to Bethel.regional for a practical placement.

• Get to know different fields of work and target groups

• Enjoyment of working with children and young people
• Openness, reliability and sense of responsibility
• Interest in educational topics and desire to learn new things
• Willingness to work in a team
• Willingness to work shifts as well as weekends and public holidays
• Ideally first experience in the social sector
• Abitur or full Fachhochschulreife + 240 hours of relevant internship (voluntary service is recognized)
• Full Fachhochschulreife through the FOS social and health care track
• Fachoberschulreife + relevant vocational training, e.g. social assistance
• Fachoberschulreife + other vocational training + 240 hours of relevant internship
• Fachoberschulreife + at least five years of relevant work experience
