We offer you in our occupational health management team an internship with flexible scope and the possibility to arrange your start date flexibly – preferably as soon as possible; preferably in Dortmund and alternatively in Bielefeld with at least 2 on-site days at the Dortmund location.

• The internship can be completed in one of the following time blocks:
• February / March / April
• June / July / August
• September / October / November

Support us as: Intern in occupational health management (m/f/d)

• Psychological risk assessment: You support us in planning and conducting the psychological risk assessment, including preparation of surveys, organizational support for workshops, and documentation of workshop results
• Planning of health offerings: You participate in the development and organization of health measures, for example workshops, campaigns, and support us in planning the weeks of mental health
• Research in occupational health management: You research current topics, best practices, and scientific findings in occupational health management
• Networking: You participate in events and get to know cooperation partners in occupational health management
• Documentation: You document your work in writing

• Qualification: Ongoing studies in occupational health management, health sciences, psychology, public health, or a comparable degree program
• Commitment: You actively contribute your talents, interests, and resources to the work and the team
• Desire for development: You want to develop professionally and personally
• Enjoyment of contact: You like working with important stakeholders
• Mobility: You are willing to support at the Dortmund location at least 2 days a week. Willingness to travel for assignments at various Bethel.regional locations is also necessary for location-independent workshops in the services and facilities
