Our mission in the area of participation is to support people with impairments in shaping their lives in a self-determined way. For this, we are looking for you as soon as possible as a Special Needs Caregiver / Special Needs Educator / Educator (m/f/d) with 32-40 hours per week, permanent. In Rüdersdorf, we are looking for you as a specialist to support the team in alternating shift duty, including coverage of scheduled night or on-call duties; in Woltersdorf to support the team in alternating shift duty and possibly night or on-call duty.

You design and structure the living environment together with the team. You are motivated to contribute professionally and creatively. You accompany and assist in shaping the daily lives of the people with assistance needs entrusted to you. You support the maintenance of personal contacts and promote the stabilization and expansion of existing competencies, oriented to the wishes and needs of people with assistance needs. In addition to daily life, you accompany people with support needs in self-determined leisure activities.

You have completed training as a Special Needs Caregiver, Special Needs Educator, or Educator (m/f/d). You have experience in accompanying and assisting people with cognitive and/or psychological disabilities. You want to actively contribute to shaping the team's work. You hold a class B driver's license and are willing to drive service vehicles. Your actions are aimed at recognizing the needs of residents and responding to them individually. You can quickly adapt to changing requirements and different people in daily work and act appropriately to the situation. You are resilient and willing to work flexibly in shift duty (including taking on a night shift or on-call duty).
