We are applying to you for your collaboration in the therapeutic shared living community "Haus Erlengrund" and the therapeutic individual living "Wohnverbund Tannenbergallee" in 14055 Berlin at the earliest possible date as a special education caregiver/educator (m/f/d) with 32-38.5 hours per week, permanent. In our facilities, people with chronic mental illnesses are cared for.

• Support and promotion in coping with everyday life, finding and maintaining a daily structure
• Co-designing group offers
• Support in job and employment search
• Adequate handling of illness, crises, and relapses
• Care plan creation and documentation
• Coordination of all necessary person-related services

• Completed training as a special education caregiver or educator (m/f/d) or equivalent qualifications
• Preferably professional experience in dealing with people with mental illnesses
• Curiosity about the life stories of our beneficiaries
• Ability to self-organize
• Willingness to work shifts from 6:00 to 21:30, weekend and holiday work taking individual wishes into account via a preference plan
• Interest in personal development, also through supervision, further and continuing education
