Bethel.regional is seeking disability support workers, educators or qualified nurses for Haus Burgweg in Burbach. This permanent part-time role offers up to 30 hours per week and a flexible start, preferably as soon as possible. Support children, teenagers and young adults with complex disabilities, challenging behaviour and care needs. Your work area will reflect your qualifications, experience and strengths.

• Sensitive support: Be a trusted contact for children and teenagers and respond to their individual needs with care
• Daily support: Help with everyday life, household tasks and documentation
• Motivation and guidance: Help with daily routines and encourage children and teenagers to reach their personal goals
• Support and planning: Contribute to individual support plans and organise creative activities after school and at weekends
• Teamwork: Work closely with colleagues and specialist services to provide the best possible support

• Qualifications: A qualification as a disability support worker, educator or qualified nurse (m/f/d), or a degree in social work, social pedagogy or childhood education, ideally with an interest in community mental health or addiction support
• Flexibility: Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays; the rota helps you plan personal commitments
• Professional approach: Ability to separate behaviour from the person and treat people with respect even when their behaviour is challenging
• Confidence in difficult situations: Stay calm, make decisions and follow agreed approaches
