Sales Internship

During your mandatory internship you will gain a comprehensive insight into the role of a sales manager at Lidl over 2 to 6 months You support your sales manager in managing their 4–6 branches and looking after up to 100 employees In the process you will learn our business from the ground up – from implementing our store concepts through analysis and optimisation of key figures to personnel planning and management topics As an alternative to the mandatory internship we offer you the opportunity to gain initial insights into our sales division via a 4-week voluntary taster internship

• Enrolled student (university or university of applied sciences) preferably with a business administration focus (BWL)
• Committed, independent working style and enthusiasm for the dynamic world of retail
• Enthusiasm and enjoyment in taking on responsibility
• Analytical skills combined with communication strength and team player qualities
