We offer you a part-time position (up to 30 hours per week) at our Haus Burgweg in Burbach, permanent and with flexible start date – preferably as soon as possible. Support us as: Curative Education Nurse / Educator / Qualified Nursing Professional (m/f/d). For our Haus Burgweg we want to further develop the area of day-structuring offers (TGA) and establish it as a dedicated focus. We are looking for a committed specialist who enjoys building something new, contributing own ideas, and together with our clients/colleagues creating a varied, individual, and meaningful daily structure. You are not isolated from the residential group routine: The TGA and the pedagogical-care work in our residential groups interlock. You work closely with the team and accompany our clients holistically through daily life.

Your tasks: - Building and shaping our TGA: You actively participate in the building and conceptual further development of our day-structuring offers and can contribute your experiences, ideas, and personal strengths. - Individual daily structure: You develop needs-based and meaningful employment, support, and activation offers together with our clients and ensure a reliable structure - Creative and diverse offers: Whether creative activities, exercise, music, cooking and baking, household tasks, perception offers, excursions, nature experiences, or individual support offers – you design the TGA in a varied way and orient yourself to the abilities, interests, and needs of the individual people - Sensitive support: Be a trusted contact person for our children and young people and fulfill their individual needs empathetically - Versatile daily accompaniment: Support in daily life and take on practical tasks in housekeeping and documentation - Motivation and guidance: Help with daily routines and motivate children and young people to achieve their personal goals - Support and planning: Work on individual support plans and design creative leisure activities after school and on weekends - Teamwork: Coordinate closely with colleagues and specialist services to provide optimal support - Connection TGA and residential group: You are part of our multiprofessional team and support, alongside your focus in TGA, also in the group routine. This includes pedagogical and nursing accompaniment, support with daily routines and practical life tasks, and the design of leisure and community

What you should bring: - Qualification: You have a qualification as a curative education nurse, educator, qualified nursing professional (m/f/d) or a degree in social work or social and childhood education - Flexibility: You are willing to work in shifts as well as on weekends and public holidays – the framework duty roster gives you planning security for your private appointments - Ideas and creativity: You bring own ideas for employment, support, and leisure offers and enjoy implementing them together with our clients - Joy of design: You want not only to take over an area but actively build and develop it further - Pedagogical intuition: You recognize individual resources and support needs and can adapt offers to different abilities and developmental levels - Team spirit: You want to independently take responsibility for the TGA focus, while understanding yourself as part of the entire team at Haus Burgweg
