For the fully inpatient senior residence "Lazarus Haus Berlin", at the Berlin-Mitte location, we are looking for a nursing specialist (m/f/d) with 38.5 hours per week, permanent, starting as soon as possible.

• Recording/documentation and integration of the individual wishes and needs of our residents and their implementation in the nursing process as well as situational adaptation to changes in the current daily routine
• Control and implementation of the nursing process
• Intensive reference care with recognition and continuous use of the resources of our residents
• Intensive biography work
• Close cooperation and very good communication with the treating physicians
• Very good symptom control and corresponding interventions
• Implementation/evaluation of palliative nursing measures
• Constructive and active cooperation with residents and their relatives
• Management and responsibility for PC-supported nursing documentation

• Completed vocational training as a certified health and nurse, geriatric nurse, or nursing specialist (m/f/d)
• Sound knowledge and experience in nursing
• Work in rotating shift system with flexible deployment capability
• Willingness and ability to work in a team and participate in further training/supervision
• Applicable PC skills
