In the Birkenhof Altenhilfe gGmbH of Bethel in the North, we are looking for a nursing specialist (m/f/d) for our Anna Schaumann Stift at the Langenhagen location at the earliest possible date. The position is permanent, 29.50 - 39 hours/week. Care focusing on quality of life: professionally competent, needs-based care with resident satisfaction at the center. Individual care planning: participation in creation, implementation, and evaluation of care and action plans, recognizing individual care needs. Treatment and basic care: professional, individual, and responsible execution. Quality & further development: evaluation of care processes, implementation of quality standards, active contribution to continuous quality development and assurance. Team & interface work: professional communication with general practitioners, specialists, and other service providers, close teamwork.

Completed 3-year training, a completed degree as a certified nursing specialist (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification in geriatric, health, or nursing care. Team spirit & empathy: open, empathetic, committed. Flexibility & willingness to serve: shift work, weekends and holidays are no problem (with particular willingness for night shifts). Appreciation & joy in work: respectful interaction, active participation, further development. Leadership & delegation: guiding care assistants and support staff, sensible delegation. Independent work: self-responsible, sound decisions, maintaining overview in demanding situations. German language skills B2: good German skills in word and writing (at least level B2).
