About this Apprenticeship
Altenhilfe Bethel OWL gGmbH is seeking a nursing assistant to start as soon as possible at its new, modern Haus Levi care home in Bielefeld-Eckardtsheim. The permanent position involves 19.50 to 29.25 hours per week.
What You'll Learn
- Provide nursing and personal care for people with multiple health conditions and dementia, including one-to-one care for people with behavioural difficulties and mental health impairments
- Carry out appropriate clinical nursing care and maintain care records
- Share responsibility for social support, structured daily activities and a suitable living environment
- Ensure the quality of care
Requirements
- At least one year of nursing assistant training, or training as a hospital nursing assistant, elderly care assistant or nursing assistant (all genders)
- Enjoy working with older people and people who need care
- Act responsibly and treat people with respect
- Teamwork, flexibility, reliability and social skills
- Enjoy development and change
- Christian values and willingness to actively support the Christian social service focus of the work are welcome.

- Above-average pay under the AVR-DD pay scale (€3,513 gross for full-time work with 24 months of professional experience)
