Nursing Assistant | SZ Dissen

In Altenhilfe Bethel OWL gGmbH, we are looking for a Nursing Assistant for Elderly Care (m/f/d) for our Senior Center Dissen at the Dissen location, starting as soon as possible. The position is permanent, and hiring with a share of 50% up to 100% is possible soon. We pay a starting bonus of 1,000 € gross employee salary for full-time (for part-time pro rata depending on scope). 25% you receive in the first month of employment, 75% after successfully passing the probationary period.

The focus of your work is on elderly people with a chronic mental illness and dementia changes who are permanently dependent on comprehensive care. You independently care for people in stable care situations, based on the individual care measures planning. Under professional guidance, you assist in the preparation, implementation, and follow-up of medically ordered measures. You share responsibility in the care process to ensure care quality in a reference care system.

State-recognized nursing assistant training (health and nursing assistant, geriatric care assistant, nursing assistant [generalist] (m/f/d)). Ideally, you already have experience in care. Above-average collectively agreed remuneration in EG 05 according to the AVR-DD collective agreement (3,529.26 € gross employee salary/full-time with 2 years of professional experience).
