The Diakoniestation Klosterfelde, at the Wandlitz OT Klosterfelde site, is looking for a registered nurse (m/f/d) as soon as possible, 30 hours per week, permanent.

• Record and document guests' individual wishes and needs, put them into the care process and adapt to changes in the daily routine
• Control and carry out the care process
• Intensive primary nursing, recognizing and continuously using guests' resources
• Intensive biography work
• Close cooperation and very good communication with the treating doctors
• Very good symptom control and suitable interventions
• Carry out and evaluate palliative care measures
• Constructive and active cooperation with guests and their relatives
• Lead and take responsibility for computer-based care/support documentation

• Completed vocational training as a registered health and nurse or geriatric nurse (m/f/d)
• Sound knowledge and experience in nursing, desirable: experience in palliative care
• Work in a rotating shift system with flexible availability
• Willingness and ability to work in a team and to take part in training/supervision
• Enjoyment of working with older people
• Valid health certificate
