What v. Bodelschwinghsche Stiftungen Bethel offers
- Fair pay according to the employment contract guidelines of the Diakonisches Werk Berlin-Brandenburg-schlesische Oberlausitz in pay group 5: your full-time gross salary is made up as follows
- Base salary: from €3,278 (depending on your work experience)
- Child supplement per child: €88
- Out-of-scale Flow Team allowance: 80 (when choosing 1 region)
- = €3,446 gross + further shift allowances + annual special payment (13th monthly salary, 50% paid in June and November)
- Regular pay scale increases and step increases
