The community psychiatric network of the Hoffnungstaler Stiftung Lobetal is looking for a social worker / social pedagogue / graduate educator / psychologist (m/f/d) for its residential network in Berlin-Charlottenburg as soon as possible, 32-38.5 hours per week, permanent. In the therapeutic shared home Haus Erlengrund, 23 adults with chronic mental illnesses receive outpatient care around the clock.

• Support and encouragement in coping with everyday life, finding and keeping a daily routine
• Appropriate handling of illness, crises and relapses
• Creating support plans and documentation in line with the BTHG (Federal Participation Act)
• Promoting individual resources in shared living
• Coordination of all necessary person-centered services

• a completed degree as a social worker or social pedagogue (m/f/d) or an equivalent qualification
• Experience or interest in a professionally sound approach to people with mental illness
• Curiosity about the life stories of the clients (m/f/d)
• Acceptance of, and professional handling of, danger to others and self-harm
• Duty scheduling based on the needs of the people being cared for, agreed in the team (daytime shift work; weekend and public holiday work, taking individual wishes into account through a proposed schedule)
• Your interest in personal development, including through supervision, further training and continuing education
