Social Assistant | Freizeit.plus | Bielefeld / Eckardtsheim / Gütersloh

At Bethel.regional we support people with disabilities, children and young people, and people with mental illness or addiction. This is a fixed-term marginal employment position (up to 7 hours per week) in the Freizeit.plus program as pedagogical support / social assistant / nursing assistant (m/f/d), providing leisure support for people with varied interests, with the option to start on 01.01.2027.

• Leisure support: Offer individual leisure activities for people with varied interests and shape their weekends
• Fields of help: Accompany and support people in various leisure activities in the fields of support for people with disabilities, psychiatry and addiction help, child and youth services
• Organisation and documentation: Planning, arrangements and documentation of leisure activities
• Flexible locations: Assignments take place in Bielefeld and Eckardtsheim and are easy to reach by public transport

• Qualification: Completed 1 to 2 year training in nursing or educational care, e.g. as nursing assistant, social assistant, geriatric nursing assistant, health and nursing assistant or special education nursing assistant (m/f/d)
• Prior experience: Knowledge of supporting people with impairments and special support needs is welcome but not required
• A heart for people: Commitment, empathy and reliability
• Willingness to work weekends: Willing to work weekends every 14 days
• Driving licence: Driving licence and driving experience
