What You'll Learn
- You accompany people with intellectual disabilities from SEED 1-6 in daily clinical routine – individually, respectfully, and at eye level
- You not only support, you enable: Independence, participation, and quality of life
- Creation, implementation, and documentation of nursing and therapeutic measures
- You accompany, advise, and care for patients and their relatives
- Participation in case conferences and therapist meetings
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a nursing specialist
- Desire to work with people with intellectual disabilities and a mental illness
- Empathy, patience, and humor
- Team spirit and sense of responsibility
