About this Apprenticeship
BG Klinikum Bergmannstrost Halle specializes in acute care and rehabilitation of severely injured and occupationally ill people. With the generalization of nursing training, the previously separate professions of health and nursing care, elderly care, and pediatric nursing are combined into a new training occupation. The training is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The goal is to develop and promote professional, social, methodological, communicative, and personal competencies.
What You'll Learn
- Care, counseling, and support of patients of all age groups in all care areas (inpatient and outpatient, acute and long-term care)
- Co-design of the nursing process for those in need of care from admission to discharge
- Implementation of medical orders
- Collaboration in a multiprofessional team
- Rotation through various inpatient departments of the clinic (trauma surgery, internal medicine, neurosurgery, general surgery, neurology, plastic surgery, etc.)
Requirements
- We are looking for committed trainees who enjoy working in a team and like working with people
- Sense of responsibility, reliability, and a high willingness to perform and learn
- Interest in nursing and medical topics
- You have a good secondary school diploma or high school diploma and are interested in a varied and future-oriented training
- An internship in the nursing field is mandatory
