Bachelor's Degree Program in Statutory Accident Insurance - Law, Rehabilitation and Administration

Three-year dual Bachelor's degree program with BG RCI and the University of the German Social Accident Insurance in Bad Hersfeld. The program prepares students for advanced case management and teaches legal, medical, and economic expertise as well as academic thinking. Study places are available in Gera or Nuremberg from 1 October 2027.

Support insured persons after occupational accidents or illnesses, monitor medical treatment in coordination with doctors, prepare approval, rejection, and pension decisions, determine and advise on cash and non-cash benefits and compensation for insured persons and survivors, and advise member companies on insurance coverage and contribution calculations.

General or subject-specific university entrance qualification, or an intermediate school leaving certificate combined with a qualified qualification from at least three years of recognized vocational training. Independence, initiative, a sense of responsibility, reliability, teamwork and communication skills, high motivation and willingness to perform, flexibility, willingness to travel, and an interest in legal, economic, and social topics.

Civil service employment, a varied degree program, on-campus and online learning formats, qualified supervisors and lecturers, long-term prospects with excellent chances of continued employment, gross study pay of €1,745, 30 days of vacation plus additional days off on 24 December and 31 December, an annual special payment, capital-forming benefits, supplementary occupational pension through VBL, reimbursement of travel, accommodation, and meal costs, and a subsidy for the Deutschland-Jobticket.
