IT Application Support Specialist

Support and further development of ERP and IT applications in close cooperation with specialist departments. Assistance to users with technical problems and application-related questions (1st/2nd level support). Conducting system tests, documentation, and user training. Implementation of requirements in close coordination with specialist departments and, if necessary, external service providers. Depending on your qualifications and experience, taking on focal points in areas such as SAP (e.g., S/4HANA), EDI/B2B communication (e.g., with Lobster), data analysis, IT project management, or system integration. Maintenance and care of interfaces to other systems. User and authorization management and ensuring compliance with data protection and IT security policies.

Completed training in the IT field (e.g., IT specialist for system integration or application development) or degree in (business) informatics – motivated career changers with relevant experience are also welcome. First experience in application support or support of ERP systems. Knowledge in one or more of the following areas: SAP, EDI/B2B (e.g., Lobster), data analysis, ERP processes, IT project work, or system integration. Proficient use of Microsoft Office and ideally experience with ticket systems. High service orientation, structured working style, and strong communication skills. Very good German skills and good English skills in written and spoken form.
