Personnel Marketing Specialist

Further development of personnel marketing at our German locations

• Further development of personnel marketing at our German locations
• Selection of suitable recruiting channels to reach potential applicants in a targeted way
• Creation, preparation and publication of job advertisements on job boards, social media platforms and our website
• Planning, implementation and management of recruiting campaigns, especially on Meta platforms
• Creation of target-group-oriented content for social media
• Conceptualization, recording and editing of photo and video material for recruiting and employer branding activities
• Revision and design of flyers, brochures, presentations and other personnel marketing materials
• Organization and support of career and training fairs, school and university partnerships
• Ensuring a consistent employer presence across all communication channels

• Completed vocational training or degree in marketing, communications, media or a comparable field
• Initial professional experience in social media, online marketing, personnel marketing or employer branding is an advantage
• Experience managing social media campaigns, ideally in the Meta environment
• Experience creating photo, video and social media content
• Confident use of Adobe InDesign and common image and video editing programs
• Knowledge of content management systems, ideally TYPO3, is an advantage
• Creativity and a feel for communication tailored to target groups
• Strong organizational skills and a structured way of working
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with different stakeholders inside and outside the company
• Hands-on mentality and willingness to contribute and implement your own ideas
