Development of Employer Marketing at Our German Locations

The position focuses on developing employer marketing at our German locations.

• Developing employer marketing at our German locations
• Selecting suitable recruiting channels to target potential applicants effectively
• Creating, preparing and publishing job advertisements on job boards, social media platforms and our website
• Planning, implementing and managing recruiting campaigns, especially on Meta platforms
• Creating target-group-specific content for social media
• Conceptualizing, recording and editing photo and video material for recruiting and employer-branding activities
• Revising and designing flyers, brochures, presentations and other employer-marketing materials
• Organizing and supporting career and training fairs, school partnerships and university partnerships
• Ensuring a consistent employer presence across all communication channels

• Completed vocational training or degree in marketing, communications, media or a comparable field
• Initial professional experience in social media, online marketing, employer marketing or employer branding is an advantage
• Experience running and managing social media campaigns, ideally in the Meta environment
• Experience creating photo, video and social media content
• Confident use of Adobe InDesign and common image and video editing programs
• Knowledge of content management systems, ideally TYPO3, is an advantage
• Creativity and a good sense for audience-appropriate communication
• Organizational skills and a structured way of working
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with different stakeholders inside and outside the company
• A hands-on mentality and willingness to contribute and implement your own ideas
