BITZER offers a three-and-a-half-year apprenticeship as an industrial mechanic, with possible shortening, at the Rottenburg site and Rottenburg vocational school. The training prepares you for work in refrigeration, air-conditioning and heat-pump technology.

You will create and use technical drawings and documentation, receive CNC training and learn pneumatic control technology as part of the practical manufacturing training.

Good secondary school qualification or intermediate vocational school qualification, ideally with a focus on metal technology; strong interest in mathematics, physics and technology; interest in technical connections and manual skills; independence, self-management and spatial imagination; motivation, endurance and concentration; problem-solving skills and sense of responsibility; openness, teamwork and communication skills.
