Working Student Digitalization and Automation in Purchasing and Supplier Network

Our Purchasing and Supplier Network team develops innovative digitalization and automation solutions that can be used across departments. As part of your working student position, you will actively contribute to the implementation of these solutions.

Support in the conception and further development of digital applications based on the Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). Support in the digitalization, automation, and standardization of business processes. Participation in the analysis of existing processes and identification of optimization and automation potentials. Support in the creation and further development of dashboards, reports, and management evaluations. Assistance in the introduction, piloting, and further development of digital solutions, e.g., in the environment of the Carbon App. Support in the preparation, structuring, and visualization of data for data-driven decisions. Participation in the creation of documentation, user guides, and training materials.

Studies in business informatics, computer science, industrial engineering, or a comparable course of study. Interest in digitalization, process optimization, data analysis, and automation. Initial experience with Microsoft 365, the Power Platform, Power BI, and AI-based solutions. Proficient use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Analytical mindset and a structured, proactive approach. High self-motivation and enjoyment of working in interdisciplinary teams. Good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
