• You learn various pedagogical and nursing fundamentals and apply them in different areas
• You accompany and support people with intellectual, physical, and/or mental impairments in their daily lives
• You work closely in a team with various interfaces, e.g., relatives, volunteers, etc.
• You actively shape our diaconal work

• You have at least a secondary school diploma (Mittlere Reife) or equivalent
• You preferably hold a class B driver's license
• You are interested in social, nursing, and medical tasks
• You enjoy working with people
• You are a team player, flexible, communicative, and open-minded
• You command German at least at B2 level in speaking and writing
