You will work in the facility on site as well as at the deployment locations of the cooperation partners for acute care, pediatric care and outpatient care, according to your training year. You care for and support our residents in their independent lifestyle / you accompany and support people with physical and mental impairments in their daily lives. You actively participate in planning and managing care in our facility. You can contribute your strengths to the team and work closely with various interfaces. You learn how enriching care can be and actively support our diaconal work.

You have at least an intermediate or equivalent educational qualification or have already completed training as a nursing assistant (m/f/d). You are interested in social, nursing and medical tasks. You enjoy working with people and are willing to do hands-on work. You are open-minded and an absolute team player. You work in a solution-oriented manner and are flexible. You are communicative and have a command of the German language in word and writing at least at B2 level.
