You have at least a Hauptschulabschluss or equivalent qualification. You are interested in social, nursing, and medical tasks. You enjoy working with people. You are a team player, flexible, communicative, and open-minded. You are willing to do close physical work. You command the German language in writing and speaking at least at B1 level.
