About this Apprenticeship
FamCom Verbrauchermärkte GmbH & Co. KG is looking for a full-time store manager with team management responsibility for famila in Zeven. You will lead the team and shape the store and its customers' shopping experience.
What You'll Learn
- Lead and motivate your team to keep the store running smoothly
- Manage sales, the product range and staffing using relevant performance indicators
- Ensure freshness, quality and product availability
- Implement and comply with legal requirements, including hygiene, employment law and safety
- Take responsibility for stocktakes and inventory management
- Plan and arrange promotional and seasonal displays
- Develop your employees and build a positive working atmosphere
- Work closely with regional and sales management
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in retail or a comparable qualification
- Extensive relevant experience in food retail with team management responsibility
- Experience using business performance indicators and a focus on success and results
- A sense of responsibility, leadership and communication skills, and a strong willingness to take practical action
