About this Apprenticeship
Famila is seeking a full-time deputy store manager in Friesoythe. You will help run the store, support the team and improve the shopping experience.
What You'll Learn
- Share responsibility for smooth daily operations and managing store processes
- Help plan staffing, lead employees and support their development
- Manage product displays and check freshness, quality and availability
- Implement and follow legal requirements, including hygiene, employment law and safety
- Help with stocktakes, product range planning and sales promotions
- Cover for the store manager during their absence
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in retail or a comparable qualification
- Strong relevant experience in grocery retail with some leadership responsibility
- A practical approach, strong communication skills and a structured way of working
- Enjoyment of teamwork and direct contact with customers
- Willingness to take responsibility and develop your skills
