Technician Maintenance of Building Services

Technician for the maintenance of building services at the logistics center and administration building of Bünting SCM / Logistik GmbH & Co. KG in Wallenhorst. Direct entry or career changers, full-time.

• Together with your colleagues you are responsible for keeping the buildings and technical systems of the logistics center and the adjacent administration building working, and you carry out minor repairs, manual work and general building services tasks across trades yourself
• Maintaining the building service systems as well as the safety, industrial truck and shelving technology on site is one of your core tasks
• Your duties also include processing maintenance and service plans as well as supervising and coordinating external service providers/tradespeople, including documenting their work (maintenance and inspection records etc.)

• You have completed vocational training in a trade – ideally as an electronics technician, mechatronics technician or a comparable technical qualification – and bring several years of maintenance experience
• You are familiar with common Microsoft Office applications
• You work responsibly and in a structured way and quickly settle into different technical areas
• Willingness to perform, service orientation and teamwork
• Head for heights and willingness to work in a shift system
