Student Support in the Culture & Change Team

BWI's Culture & Change team within Human Resources supports internal organisational changes. The team is seeking student support for change initiatives, company culture, workshops, communication and knowledge management.

• Independently support the team with operational and planning tasks for change initiatives
• Help with measures to strengthen company culture
• Support team workshops and events
• Carry out communication activities, such as posting on BWI's internal social intranet
• Develop and maintain the team's knowledge management
• Join the team fully from day one and independently contribute to successful project delivery

• Enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree in psychology, business psychology, business administration or a related subject
• Very good written and spoken German
• Ideally available for at least 12 months
• Very good knowledge of MS PowerPoint and Excel
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with people
• Good organisational skills and a structured approach to work
• Interest in new challenges and a strong willingness to learn
