Working Student IT Project Support

In BWI's Competence Center IT-Security (CCITS), the digitalization partner of the Bundeswehr, you support project management and knowledge management.

• Support in daily project management by creating status reports, scheduling, taking minutes and ensuring a smooth flow of information
• Support in the area's knowledge management, administration and further development of the internal wiki
• Documentation, structuring and standardization of processes, templates and project results
• Support with general administrative and organizational tasks
• Preparation and documentation of workshops and internal meetings

• Enrolled student in an advanced bachelor's (at least 3rd semester) or master's program in IT management, business informatics or similar
• Structured, careful and reliable way of working and the ability to keep track of several topics at once
• Interest in reporting, KPI systems and structured knowledge building
• Confident with PowerPoint and Excel; experience with Confluence and Jira is an advantage
• Very good German skills, written and spoken
• Availability ideally for at least one year
