Full-time Park Sales Assistant

At Center Parcs Europe, you will work in a small team, supporting events from the first customer enquiry through to successful delivery. You will advise customers, sell, plan and manage events, creating memorable experiences and satisfied customers. This is a permanent, full-time position.

• You support our Park Sales Manager in advising business customers and prepare tailored offers for conferences, seminars, incentive events and celebrations
• You lead park tours and present our event facilities and accommodation options
• You create tailored event packages, book suitable accommodation and provide excellent customer support
• You coordinate events with the departments involved and ensure everything runs smoothly
• You support customers and service providers on site and prepare invoicing
• You work closely with colleagues across departments
• You are flexible enough to work weekends, as events also take place then

• At least 2 years of experience
• University of applied sciences, technical college, or school leaving qualification qualifying for university entry plus 2 years
• You have completed vocational training in event management, hospitality, tourism or a comparable qualification, ideally with some initial work experience
• You work in an organised and independent way and stay on top of things even under pressure
• You approach people openly and communicate well, with a strong focus on customer service
• You have very good German, good English and confident MS Office skills
• You bring team spirit, organisational skills and enjoyment of customer contact
• You are flexible enough to work weekends, as events also take place then
