Chemical Operator (m/f/d)

Job profile: Chemical operators are employed in almost all areas of the chemical industry. They produce chemical products such as paints, crop protection agents, detergents or cosmetics. In their work they operate PC-controlled machines and production lines, measure raw materials and fill containers, mix or separate substances. They start up and shut down production plants, heat, cool or distill the starting materials and regularly monitor the measured values to control the manufacturing process and quality. They also log the production process and monitor the packaging of finished products on filling and packaging lines.

What awaits you at Cerdia: As part of their training, our apprentices go through the production facilities as well as the training workshop, the maintenance workshop and quality assurance. Our apprentices therefore benefit from a very practice-oriented working environment in which they can gain early insights into the different work areas of a chemical operator.

At the vocational school in Rheinfelden, theoretical knowledge is taught, supplemented by additional theoretical instruction at our site.
