At our site in Freiburg with approx. 770 employees, we train as: ## Industrial Mechanic (m/f/d) Job profile: Industrial mechanics are employed in almost all industrial companies. Industrial mechanics ensure that machines and production facilities are ready for operation. They produce device parts, machine components and groups and assemble them into machines and technical systems. They set up machines and production facilities, put them into operation and check their functions. Maintenance and repair also belong to their tasks. They determine causes of malfunctions, order suitable spare parts or manufacture them themselves and carry out the repairs themselves. After completion of assembly and test work, they instruct future users in operation and handling. What awaits you at Cerdia: Our site has a very well-equipped training center managed by full-time trainers. During their training, our apprentices go through the training workshop, specialist departments, and the various maintenance workshops and production facilities at our site. Our apprentices therefore benefit from a very practice-oriented working environment in which they can gain early insights into the different work areas of an industrial mechanic.
