Apprenticeship as Cook

The apprenticeship at Lindt & Sprüngli combines creativity with practical craftsmanship. You will learn to turn ingredients into high-quality dishes and work directly in front of guests during front cooking.

Preparing salads, cold and hot appetisers, side dishes, vegetables, meat and fish dishes, soups, sauces and desserts; serving meals to employees and guests; following hygiene and occupational safety regulations.

Above-average commitment and enthusiasm for a demanding, varied apprenticeship; ability to work in a team, care and reliability; enjoyment of working with food; ability to work independently; at least a good lower secondary school certificate.
