International Trainee Finance / Controlling for Industrial Engineers

Trainee program at CLAAS KGaA mbH with broad insights into the finance and controlling areas of the CLAAS Group. Over 18 months you are specifically trained to take on responsibility for finance and controlling processes. You gain hands-on experience with budgets and monthly closings, as well as project management experience.

• Insights into the core business areas of controlling, accounting, finance/treasury and interfaces
• Individual focus in agreement with your mentor
• Quickly taking independent action and responsibility during the trainee program
• National and international experience through two assignments of 3 months each at selected CLAAS Group companies abroad
• Mentoring and training for your individual development

• Completed degree in industrial engineering or a comparable program
• Sound finance and controlling knowledge
• First practical experience in finance and controlling through internships or training
• Ideally international experience, a global mindset and willingness to take assignments abroad at CLAAS
• Fluent German and English
• Strong analytical skills
• Courage for change, agile and hands-on mentality
• Interest in and openness to digital technologies, especially artificial intelligence
• Strong drive to shape things, execution strength and an entrepreneurial mindset
